What gives? Is it because while there may be *less* quantity of AA, the remaining ones were upgraded and their DPM is increased and more efficient over all? Did I just answer my own question? Iowa © has the same HP, but actually *takes away* AA gun emplacements and costs an additional 60k on the grind to move up to the Montana. I've been meaning to ask this for a few days now - but after looking at the Hull upgrades for the Iowa, it seems to be a little bit like the tackiness of the Colorado grind in a way.
